my ipad was locked and needs itunes to reconnect I do not have itunes help
Is this a new paper weight or is there help for me? Ipad prio 3yrs old.

Do you have a computer (windows or Mac) you can download and install iTunes on : http://apple.com/itunes/download/ ?
If not does a friend or family member have one ?
