Payment and Shipping card set up

Morning,

I have a new credit card which I need to add to the payment. However when I click 'add Payment method' is says 'One or more of your payment methods require verification'. It's failed my old credit card and asking for the CVV number, but I don't have my old card, I've thrown it away.
