I have Mac Sierra and I want to format the computer and install Mojave on it... how can I do so?

I have early 2011 so it turns out that Mojave is not an option...
What is the latest version that I can download?
How can I format the computer and install immediately the newest version that can work on my computer [without first download the new version and then format and then download again]?
