Add silence before the audio region

How do I add silence before the audio starts? I want to send a vocal to someone and for them to just paste it into their instrumental and for it to be in the right place. If I bounce to an audio file normally the audio starts from where I start singing.

I managed to do it a long winded way by copying my audio to the start, joining the regions then cutting out the bit in the middle, deleting the audio at the start, pasting the empty bit to the start and joining again. Surely there is a quicker way?
