Serial number is invalid?

I'm attempting to trade in my 6s so i can buy an XR but it is saying my serial number is invalid on my 6s when it is clearly not... tried entering it multiple times.

Most likely a typo in entering it. Double and triple-check what you're entering. If that doesn't work, call Apple, and it helps if you still have a receipt.
