family sharing and calendar color tabs

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I see you have a question about calendar colors and iCloud Family Sharing.

To clarify, it sounds like you're setting colors for a specific calendar using the steps in the article titled iCloud: Change a calendar’s name or color in iCloud, and they don't seem to show the same colors on your synced devices; is that right?

Is this happening only with shared calendars, or with those you haven't shared as well?

Are you the creator of the shared calendar?

Do other members of the family sharing group see the same issue?

If you test by signing in to the iCloud website and try to change a color, does that change push to any of your devices?

We appreciate the reply, as it helps to narrow things down. To further isolate this, were you able to test this on the iCloud website? Knowing if the changes push to any of your devices when made from the iCloud website will be a useful step to get more information about what's happening. You can Use iCloud.com from a web browser on a computer.

Note : the color tabs are confined to the hardware for a Mac / iPhone by sign in with Apple ID and password at www.icloud.com

I don't think the color for calendar will be reflected specially when family calendar is set up , for that you have to leave family sharing https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT201081
