I have this phone that just recently got stuck in reboot mode. The problem is that the power button is stuck into my phone,please anyone is there a way for me to connect my device to iTunes so I can fix it

There is no magic that can overcome broken hardware.
Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store or take it to an authorized service provider and have it repaired / replaced.
