Actually I'm having two apple IDs and somehow i got itunes subscription from both of them, thus I'm troubled here if anyone can assist me pls response immediately

Why are you 'troubled here' ? Do you want to cancel one of the subscriptions : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ?
