I have received this message today, after successfully using my Paypal account to add funds to my Apple ID for months. Is there something simple to fix this?

I do not have time to wait for a response from Apple Support whenever they get the chance to bother replying, so please don't suggest that to me.

You will have to wait for them to reply, we are fellow users so obviously don't know why you are getting the message to contact Support, nor do we have access to your account to fix whatever the problem is.
