What is this dollar sign on my iWatch

A dollar sign icon pops up on my iWatch after every notification. Is this a "feature" of the new update? How can I get rid of it? Thanks.

No this is not a feature.

What other apps do you have installed on your watch.

Also have you tried resetting your iPhone and then your watch?

Reset your iPhone using what ever method is called for with your particular iPhone model

then rest the Watch by holding down the side button and crown together for about 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo, release them and let the watch boot up.
