why my iphone xs in the left side doesn’t work even the letters (r d x ) i can’t use them I just buy it 6 month ago and it’s driving me too crazy

Are you using a case and/or a screen protector that can interfere with that screen's area? try to remove them.
Shouldn't be this case, since your iphone is still under warranty, have it inspected at an Apple STore or AASP:
