Movement/ Calorie Counting not working..

I’ve just got a new series 4 iwatch and for some reason the blue and green ring on activity will move and close/ but the red ring isn’t budging.

Ive followed instructions to fix this like- ensuring my personal details are added (height/weight etc), I’ve made sure wrist detection is on and that location stuff is all set up.

Any ideas why why it wouldn’t be working?

Its strange that it’s only one ring!
