My apple id number has been changed

my id password was changed 20 days ago and the phone number also

i dont have access to my account when i try to recover my password only option is sms to phone number but number is changed also so there is no other option to recover,

i didn’t checked my email for 3 weeks and i saw that there was e mails from apple saying that my id password is reset ed

unfortunately the link that state if it is not you please click is expired ,

is there any way to proof that it has been changed and get recovery
