Suspicious Icloud Call

I am getting a call with return # 518-****-1561 for suspicious activity in icloud account, is this legit?

It is a scam. Apple doesn't make unsolicited calls. Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Legit or scam? I got a call from a 1800 number saying there was suspicious activity on my iCloud account and to not access at sensitive or financial information and to press 1 to talk to apple support. I just hung up. Was this call legitimate or a scam?
