Strange app
Recently i have found an app and i dont know what is it and what does it do??? I searched on google but i did not find any answer.. how can i uninstall this?? Or... i dont know.. it is so strange

You have changed your App Store Country.
Not all apps are available in all countries.
The country that you have now does not support the app. Hence the link of the app is left as leftover because it cannot be deleted
That is not correct. It has nothing to do with changing countries. The strange app is an internal one shown by Screen Time, there's no way to remove it, and is not harmful.
Its just an internal process. You can ignore it.
