move from IOS app.

I try to set up my new xs plus. I use the application "Move to IOS" because my current phone is s9 plus.

On iphone when i press the button to get the 6 digit code ("Move Data from Android->Move from Android") my wifi disappears and i cannot connect to the samsung . PLEASE HELP

Before you begin

On your Android device, make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on.
Plug your new iOS device and your Android device into power.
Make sure that the content you're moving, including what's on your external Micro SD card, will fit on your new iOS device
If you want to transfer your Chrome bookmarks, update to the latest version of Chrome on your Android device.

Sorry xs max. The plus is for samsung. I did all that, but they don't connect. I keep entering a new 6 digits number and they cannot communicate. It is very frustrating. I did the opposite a year ago and everything went smooth.
