I have a new phone from about 2 months ago and I play Fortnite on my iPhone 8 and I can’t seem to buy v-bucks but I have 179.00 dollars and I am only try to buy 9.99 worth of v-bucks please help

You weren't told to contact this website, these are user forums and we are just fellow users. To contact iTunes Support as you were presumably told to do :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'

So it says a few seconds after I download it your purchase could not be complete and contact this website and then fortune says there was a problem
