Lost photos

i was trying to connect my iPhone to my windows computer and so when I downloaded iTunes. It asked me to choose new iPhone or restore iPhone and I accidentally clicked restore, but the problem is that I hadn’t backed up my information since a few months back so all my photos and notes are lost. I don’t know what to do and I’m really heartbroken because I really want my photos and lost data back. Please send me any suggestions.
