You're not being told to come here, these are user forums, to contact iTunes Support as you are presumably being instructed to do :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
Why are you 'not able to purchase anything' ? What happens ?
ever time I click on the item it says purchase could not be completed then to come here for assistance? Then comes up with a new message saying purchase failed
