Why is the XR so cheap

Mainly because of Screen (type, resolution, 3D Touch, etc) AND Camera (single, double, digital/optical zoom, etc).

If you think $750.00 ISD is cheap, you must be rolling in cash. I bought three iPhone Xr’s in December for me, my wife and my daughter. We love them. The extra features that the other X models have just aren’t that important to us.

Of course, we come from the school of thought that the phone IS a phone, not a camera, and the fact that it takes really nice photos is a bonus. If I wanted a great camera, I wouldn’t buy any phone for that purpose.

It’s more affordable so more people can experience the iPhone X technology (all-screen design)

Maybe (for my needs) I would label the XR model as the iphone that has the best performance / price ratio today. But... it's only my opinion.

Hi Giulio,

For my needs and for the sake of my wallet, the XR suits me/us just fine. I was coming from an iPhone 5s. The upgrade to the XR is unbelievable.
