signing into iTunes

I changed my primary email address from Outlook to iCloud but for some reason iTunes still insists on using my old Apple ID

You followed these instructions : Change your Apple ID - Apple Support ?


And if you didn't log out before changing it you've done so since : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ?
