I have a problem well I just got an iPhone 8 keep going to activation lock and the person won’t give the stuff to get out of that and what is a better way I can do this
As it says, the original owner needs to remove it from their account. If they can't (or won't) help, then the phone is useless to you. You'll never be able to use it.
