Blue “Loading” Bar on top of my homescreen

Hello everyone, so there’s a blue bar in top of my iphone that only appear in my homescreen, my questions is how can i get rid this blue bar? It’s kind of annoying

Blue bar at the bottom of screen. Hi, I have a blue bar on the bottom of my screen that appeared this morning. Didn't damage it or make any changes to my settings. I've never seen this before and cannot find anything online about it.
