Apple Music

Recently added free Apple Music for 6 months to my EE plan. Followed the link that was sent to via text. Was asked to put my Apple ID and password in, which I have done, and it’s taking me to a blank white screen. Any ideas what to do?

Subscription failure for Apple Music Hi, there was a situation when I was logged out of the Apple Music and thus couldn't listen to my playlists. I fixed that problem and everything was fine, however after the big update of OS I was logged out again and can't return my subscription to the Music. The system sees my ID, accepts password but doesn't see it was paid. The money is taken regularly, so the subscription was not over. Could you please help? Thanks.

Apple music I recently created a new Apple ID due to past issues. In regards to Apple Music, when I try to download a song to play offline, it shows this following message; Not sure as why that shows up please help
