guided access passcode forget

How to exit guided access when i forgot passcode ? I forcefully shut down phone but again guided access is enabled . Please help me on this .

If you forgot your passcode then you have to restore the device and set it up as new - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
