Cannot verify CC so cannot add another payment method

Hi, my CC was stolen so I ordered a replacement and destroyed the old one. However, the old CC was the only payment linked to my apple account. When I now try to add a new payment card I cannot as it insists on verifying the old card which I do not have the cvs code for anymore. How do I now add a payment method? My subscriptions are due to renew but will cancel as the CC on file is not valid.
