Unless we are talking about Airpods, renaming bluetooth devices on an iPad or iPhone is not really possible. As it points out in the link provided by Barry: "Some Bluetooth accessories can't be renamed"
I have yet to see a non Airpod device be rename-able on an iPad or iPhone.

The article describes the naming of the iPad itself. I have Bluetooth devices that I need t o rename.
I realize they are easily accessible. I have read that article already ergo my post.
