Can’t send emails on my iPhone

I can’t send emails but I can receive them on my iPhone. I have tried the steps of deleting the account and setting it up again and also have retyped my password in the outgoing email setup section and nothing is fixing my issue. My iPhone 7 Plus is using the latest IOS
