how can I recover my Icloud information if I dont have my old password or icloud email

I got a new phone and my old one has water damage so i cant get into it. I have important information I need off my old phone and would like to be able to log into my icloud but don't remember the email or the password i set it up with. Can I still login?

erasing content without apple id/password I got a new phone. I cannot remember the password for my apple id. I started a new one for my new phone.
