Failing IOS update

My phone will not connect to any cellular service. It is indicating I have to update the iOS. When I attempt to update it now is indicating that it is failing to update. And I am not connected to the Internet but surprisingly I am sending this over my phone on the Internet.

iOS 13 update So my cellular service is not working until I’ve installed the ios13 update. I was able to get it downloaded but it won’t let me install. It gives an error message saying I’m not connected to the internet. I have plenty storage on my phone, I’ve restarted my phone multiple times, and I’ve also deleted the update and re downloaded 3 times. Please help!!!

Update required to use cellular data My phone won’t allow any cellular use, it shows no service and is only allowing me to use WiFi. It does say to do an update on cellular data but it also will not allow me to do the update even when connected to WiFi . Any assistance?
