How to block spam email to Imessage that keeps changing email address sending the spam

ketomelody_rcjcd@iteba.com spams my Imessage. I block it on Imessage on my Iphone.

next day...

ketokara_hxody@pbuay7.com spams the exact same message to my Iphone.

Obviously they have a spam generator and can change both the sending name and and sending server address.

Can this ever be stopped on Imessage or Iphone? Are we at the mercy of these spammers?

Can Apple give us a feature that uses the consistent part of the email address "keto" with an asterisk after it so it blocks all emails with those letters in the address?

Can I simply block all emails sending me a text to Imessage/ I get no other emails sending me texts anyway.

What we are seeing here is they have the ability to change the domain names at will, now.

This seems to be a new level of problem.

The example which you have provided is two different domain names. This could probably be two different spammers because the domain name has changed. Every domain the spammer uses will cost them hence they change names and subdomain names.

What you can block is the domain name. Spammers usually deploy multiple addresses and subdomain names while sending spam emails. For example See the Pic below

In your case you need to block both the domain names.
