It sounds like your Beats are having trouble staying connected, and I want to help.
Let's follow the steps to reset your Beats to see if that helps:
- Hold down these two buttons for 10 seconds:
- Power button
- Volume down button
- When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.
Then follow the remaining steps to set up your Beats again:
Set up and use your BeatsX earphones
