How to add a second bank account to Apple Pay (for transfer)?
If you have a separate account just for transfers you need a debit card for that account so you can add that to Wallet. For instant transfer it needs to be a Visa debit. When it comes time to transfer you can choose which car to transfer it to.

Yes, apparently you can only add one bank account for Apple Pay transfers.

I have a debit card set up for an account but it will not allow me to set up the bank account that goes with that card to transfer money to. My settings does not have an option to ADD BANK ACCOUNT. I have another account there already set up for different account. Everything I find on instructions gives old screens and options. How can I add that 2nd account?
