Can’t find internet radio stations in Apple Music on iPad or iPhone
I can get them with the Apple Music app on my Windows PC but cannot find them in iOS app on Apple devices.

Apple Music on iOS will allow access to Beats 1 and other Apple Music stations. You can find directions here: Listen to Radio in Apple Music.
If you are looking for an app that plays streams from radio stations you might find on a tuner, then you will need to search the App Store for a third-party app.
