how can i restore previous content and software after system be re-built

I re-installed system in my MacBook Air, and I can read my previous data under file"HD-data/previous content", how can I restore all those data from this files? thanks

Hi,

If you didn't backup data by TimeMachine, you need to copy each files by hand.
