Boot Camp install of Windows 10

I ran Boot Camp to install Windows 10 on my mid 2015 Mac Pro running macOS Mojave. Now my Mac only boots in Window both with or without pressing the Option button.

What went wrong and how to get macOS to boot up?

Thanks,

HEM47

I don't see an option to boot into Internet Recovery. What I do see when booting while pressing the Option Key is two hard drive icons: Windows and Untitled. The computer starts in Windows when I click on its icon. It starts in macOS Mojave when I click on the Untitled icon. The computer locks up when restarting from either operating system.

Thanks
