Can Radeon Pro Vega 48 drive Pro Display XDR?

Myself I am intending to purchase a desktop now – likely iMac – but will not do so until I know if I may add the second display later.
I am right there with you. I cannot wait to get my hands on the Pro Display XDR! Most likely you will be able to purchase a PCI Thunderbolt enclosure with a supported graphics card in order to use Pro Display XDR. Who knows, maybe even Apple’s computers that are out today will be able to drive it. MacBook Pro 2019 can drive 2 5K displays.

It is unknown at this time what the system requirements will be for Pro Display XDR. I anticipate we’ll hear more this Fall when Apple releases Pro Display XDR.
