Phishing or Spoofing

I received an automated call today supposedly from Apple Support saying there has been an ICloud breach ‭from this number+1 (800) 038-8667‬

It is a scam. Apple doesn't make unsolicited phone calls. Also, the number shown as originating the call is rarely the actual number these days. Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
