Keys not working
7, U and J keys are not working on my MacBook Pro. My password and Apple ID also contains those alphabets.
what should I do? My Mac not starting, there is no guest user also.

You have not said what sub-model MBP you have so you'll need to check the affected models in that article against your sub-model, found in "About This Mac.." under your Apple menu.
