If you are the original owner and have forgotten the Apple ID/password, see if you can recover them using the links below.
Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.
Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
If this is a used device, you will need to contact the previous owner to have them log out of iCloud or go to iCloud.com/Find My Phone and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If you can’t do that, the device is useless. Apple will not unlock it unless you have a copy of the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it.
Activation Lock - Turn off Find My iPhone
If you are the original owner and can't recover your ID/password, take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
