I’m trying to update my ancient iPad to ISO 12 but it is telling me it is does not support wirelessly updating it and I need to plug it in to a computer with iTunes. I don’t have access to one at this time. Is there anything else I can do?
If it's a number of major iOS versions behind you will only be able to update it via a computer's iTunes : Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If I took it to an apple store could they do it?
