Restriction passcode
How can i reset my restriction passcode as i have forgotten it and have not backup my device

There's no way to reset Screentime or Restrictions passcode without knowing the existing one (the only good thing is that you can make endless input attempts). But if you can't remember it, you have only two options:
Cohabit with the restrictions you enabled
or
Restrore your device to factory settings, and, in the end, set it up as new:
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
