I'm having an issue with my Security Questions

I'm having a problem when it comes to signing into my icloud, I know my Apple ID and i know my security questions but I've entered them mutiple times incorrectly.


I have tried to reset my security questions but it displays this -


Cannot Reset Security Questions

We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.


Has anyone had this issue before? Any help would be appreaciated.

Lots of people have posted the same thing. Contact Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’) or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
