how do I find out my apple id and password for my iPhone 6 I just got a new stream on it I need to reset it

If you reset it, it will probably come up with an Activation Lock because it needs your ID/password.

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
To fully reset it, do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
