Round vs. rectangular watch face

As a designer, my favorite watch has always been the classic Cartier Tank Watch in all its rectangular glory. It is elegant. I love the Apple Rectangular. It fits my body perfectly, as I am tall & angular.

I had held off buying a new watch for several years, because I do not like round faces. Round faces are boring, everyone has round faced watches. I bought the iwatch 4 for the fall detection, which works great, unless you fall and are unconscious. I did have that corrected.
