Apple Watch Won’t Turn Back On After Update

I updated my Apple Watch this morning and when it turned back on, it never went past the White Apple. It continues to blink every 15-25 seconds. It’s been doing this all day. I’ve tried putting it on my husbands charger, my charger, doing a hard reset and it still will not start up!? :(
