Quick Start for a new iPad 6, stuck on Updating iCloud Settings

Opened the new iPad 1 hour 20 minutes ago, used the Quick Start function, then chose to backup old device first. The backup took only 10 minutes, and the new device began the Updating iCloud Settings. It’s been stuck there for over an hour. Is this normal? Data service is 7 mbps. Usually very fast transfer.

It has been transferring over 6 hours and still not complete. Is this normal or should I restart the process?

new iPhone 13 pro max Hi. Just received a new iPhone 13 pro max and I'm trying to set it up. the restore process for moving everything from iCloud is taking FOREVER. it started yesterday at 7pm and it's now almost Noon. The apps are downloading so slowly. Any tips or things I can do to make this faster?

Is there anything happening? If it's stuck, reboot your iPad.

Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to shut down (until the Apple Logo appears, then let go.
