My phone is stuck on speaker phone when I call someone and I can’t take it off, also I can’t hear anything and same goes for who ever I call. If I try to face time and the other person answers it just ends the call and the other person just sees a black screen.

2) Check the microphones: Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
3) Check the speakers: If you can‘t hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn‘t clear on your iPhone
