Itunes and App Store Account Disabled.

My account has been "Disabled" since I purchased my phone 7/31. I have changed my ID and my passwords. Logged of and back on several times after a 24 hour wait period. I still get the Account Disabled message. HELP!!

Account disabled in app store and itunes after seeing that my account has been disabled, i changed my password and restart my phone and yet nothing happened. can you please help me enable my account.

Account disabled my account has been disabled for over two months! I can’t buy, download, or update apps and it will respond with “ your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.” I’ve tried everything including changing passwords and signing in and out. One time I restarted my phone but my account is still disabled.
