I am logged in, that’s how I just bought the movie I’m trying to watch. No matter what I try, I still get the same error and can’t seem to play Captain Marvel. What’s the deal?

I understand that you are having an issue watching a video you purchased from iTunes. I would recommend starting with the following support article to troubleshoot what might be going on to prevent the viewing of the movie.
